Canfield Scientific has concluded our 2023 summer internship program. This year we welcomed six highly talented undergraduates in joining us to contribute to groundbreaking projects. Our internship program provides a hands-on experience in a collaborative work environment that delivers newfound insights about the intern’s interested field of study.

Each intern contributed to projects ranging from coding in our 3D VECTRA® software and Canfield Mobile applications, to clinical service scale development and validation, and market segmentation and customer development. Impactful research contributions were made by our interns that led to further innovations on our imaging systems like the new third generation IntelliStudio®. The market development work provided a deeper understanding of our customers’ expectations and needs that we plan to fulfill.

Our expert team of managers leading the interns, many of whom have been with Canfield for over 10 years, provided mentoring, guidance, and their expertise to each of the interns. All gained a newfound understanding of their potential career choices.
