Sales/Marketing: Associate Product Manager
We are looking for a team-oriented candidate for our Associate Product Manager position! The right candidate will support the assigned products throughout their lifecycle while effectively sharing feedback from end users. Job Description:
- Support the product lifecycle for imaging systems, software, mobile apps, and cloud-based licensing platforms
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable user requirements
- Assist in defining product marketing communication strategies
- Help develop and deliver training materials for domestic and international sales teams
- Provide hands-on product training to customers
- Collaborate with designers to refine software designs for development teams
- Work with quality control (QC) and product managers to test software before release
- Monitor market trends to drive innovation and make proposals to product management leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in product management, marketing, or sales products and software
- Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office
- Ability and desire to travel (15%)
- Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
